FOUNDERS 100: SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT


Remo Soccer is currently in an exclusive pre-order launch phase. By joining the Founders 100, you are securing a first-run production unit.

Shipping Status: Pre-Order

Estimated Shipping Window: Early-to-Mid June 2026

Assembly Note: Every Remo Trainer is hand-assembled in batches. We prioritize quality and performance testing for each unit before it leaves our doors.

Tracking: You will receive a personal email update when materials arrive and a tracking number the moment your unit is boxed and ready for delivery.



ORDER PROCESSING TIME


All orders for physical products (rebounders and goals) are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Digital training programs are delivered instantly via email or your member portal upon purchase.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES



We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Minor Outlying Territories, PO Boxes, or international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on providing the best experience for our domestic athletes first.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.



If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@asbpromedia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
